Made to order in 2–3 business days, shipped in 3–5. Free over $60. Returns accepted on unworn goods within 30 days; jokes are non-refundable.
The 30-day window
Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed goods in their original condition. Every piece is made to order, so please check the size guide before ordering — but if it isn't right, we'll make it right.
How to start a return or exchange
Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to orders@dadgrade.cowith your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send instructions and the return address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving and passing inspection; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it.
Defects and misprints
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not the way we made it, send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free — no return shipment needed.
Personalized items
Personalized pieces (custom names and years) are made just for you and can't be restocked, so they're returnable only if defective or misprinted.
Shipping costs
Outbound shipping is free on orders over $60. Return shipping is on you unless the item is defective — then it's entirely on us.
